Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Financial Controller role located in the Greater Perth Area. The Financial Controller will manage financial operations, prepare budgets and financial reports, oversee payroll, and ensure compliance with regulations. They will also provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning support.
Qualifications
* Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Payroll Management skills
* Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accounting principles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* CPA or CMA certification is a plus
Experience:
Excellent interpersonal skills, good communicator, along with a matching attitude and the ability to develop positive relationships with team members. Leadership of small internal administration teams both office and site based.
