Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the service operations functions and ensuring efficient processes within the service team.
You will promote and ensure that clients receive a high standard of service in line with contractual requirements. You will also support the sales team to achieve targets.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in service and/or sales operations. Experience in the pest control, hygiene, or other soft service-based industry is highly regarded.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in service management, strong account management and problem-solving skills, and strong leadership and team management abilities.
They will also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Experience in sales functions and sales process is also required.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of multisite operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement service and sales operations strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure state forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes are met.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives with a safety first focus.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the team including contact with contractors and suppliers.
* Promote and ensure that clients receive a high standard of service in line with contractual requirements.
* Provide customer account management to key clients including regular communication and meetings.
* Act as the representative of the company at site surveys and visits for new business.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, state requirements, ISO & HACCP standards and industry regulations.
