Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overall store performance and achieve sales targets in a high foot traffic location
* Recruit, train, and lead a small casual team through the busy holiday period
* Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards with a wide range of products
* Oversee inventory management and daily operations
Requirements:
* Current driver's license and reliable vehicle access
* Availability for 4-5 weeks during the peak holiday season
* Strong leadership and people management abilities
* Organized, responsible self-starter mentality
* Retail or customer service background preferred, but not essential
