We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team at a pre-release and reintegration facility in regional NSW. This on-site role offers the unique opportunity to lead and shape service delivery in a collaborative environment, surrounded by natural landscapes and free from city distractions.
* Deliver and coordinate high-quality psychological services to individuals in custody.
* Provide clinical consultation and guidance within a multidisciplinary service integration team.
* Oversee the day-to-day delivery of psychological care and ensure best-practice models are consistently applied.
If appointed as a senior specialist, you will also:
* Manage complex and high-risk cases.
* Lead clinical supervision and provide mentoring to junior staff.
* Drive innovation and research into service delivery and offender rehabilitation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct direct psychological assessments, interventions, and support.
* Guide behavior management planning and contribute to case planning.
* Support and supervise provisional psychologists and students.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support reintegration goals.
* Lead and participate in research and service improvement projects (senior specialist level).
Essential Requirements:
* A minimum four-year accredited qualification in psychology.
* Full registration with the relevant governing body.
* Eligibility to supervise provisional psychologists and students.
* Ability to work or travel to this location.
