Senior Associate Lawyer - Property & Disputes (7+ PAE)
Salary: $175k - $225k including super, depending on experience

This opportunity is suited to a Senior Associate seeking a defined pathway into leadership within a Property and Dispute Resolution practice. The role offers exposure to complex, often litigious matters and is structured as a genuine succession position, with progression into a senior leadership role and the opportunity to take over and build on an established practice over time.

The role and team
This role sits across Property and Dispute Resolution with a focus on complex and often litigious property matters. Work includes owners corporation disputes, building and construction matters, leasing, acquisitions and disposals, and property related insolvency disputes, along with broader commercial disputes. You will manage matters end to end, supervise junior lawyers and work closely with senior leadership. The role may evolve into a primary focus in either Property or Dispute Resolution over time.
To be successful, you will possess the following
* Admission to practice in Victoria with 7+ years' relevant legal experience, including at least 2 years at Senior Associate level
* Extensive experience in property and insolvency disputes
* Willingness to learn owners corporation law
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
