About the Role
Canteen Kitchen Bar on The Beach at Coolum. We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef / Kitchen manager to lead our small kitchen team.
About You
The successful applicant will have a Diploma in Hospitality/Cookery, minimum 3 years experience in a senior role, passion for quality and consistency and be able to utilise their extensive food knowledge and creativity to sustain a high level of innovation in all kitchen activities and operations. A high level of communication and attention to detail, as well as the ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment are considered essential to succeed in this role.
Sponsorship could be available for the right person after a suitable trial period.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
