Seeing CV licensed crane truck drivers for current roles in Knoxfield, ASAP starts!
Our client are a multi-national logistics company, delivering over 1.7 billion parcels per year. They are seeking licensed and experienced CV crane truck drivers, with HR licences and above to join their team in Knoxfield. These roles are temp to perm and are a fantastic opportunity!
About the role
- Shift starting at 6:00am, paying up to $44.86 per hour + penalties for any completed overtime and weekend work.
- You will safely operate trucks to transport steel bars and other roofing materials to delivery sites--some manual unloading will be required.
- You will conduct pre-start checks and maintain the vehicle to a high standard.
- You will comply with all road laws and duty of care to others on the road.
- You will complete daily paperwork, including prestarts, truck run sheets and delivery dockets.
- You will safely operate a vehicle loading crane to load and unload product that cannot be manually loaded or unloaded.
- You will immediately report any safety incidents, concerns, or unsafe delivery sites.
What we require
- A valid HR driver's licence (or above) with a minimum of 2 years road transport experience.
- The completion of a National Crime Check & Drug and Alcohol test.
- A recent Driver's History report inclusive of demerits, convictions and verification.
- Two contactable referees related to transport experience.
