Are you looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience and contribute to the success of our retail operations? We have an exciting internal secondment available for a Merchandise Coordinator within the Retail Merchandise team.
About the Role
As Merchandise Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our stores and suppliers by ensuring accurate product and pricing files, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining effective communication across teams. This role acts as a vital link between suppliers, store teams, and the Merchandise Manager to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of product-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update supplier product files and pricing to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate promotional activities and manage POS materials.
Communicate product updates and promotional information to stores.
Liaise with suppliers and provide feedback on product and promotional issues.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and manage rebate claims.
Support merchandising execution, including planograms and compliance checks.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years retail experience or similar role.
Previous merchandising experience highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work.
Excellent communication skills and intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
