Job Description
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Divisional TA Manager to coordinate recruitment:
* Create targeted advertisements highlighted by employment branding to source the best candidates.
* Build and maintain talent pools, shortlist, advise, recommend, and negotiate with stakeholders.
* The role is supported by a Talent Acquisition Administrator and a wider support team.
Responsibilities include:
* Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future workforce needs.
* Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including writing creative job advertisements, screening applications, advising hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and providing 360-degree feedback.
* Source passive candidates and build talent pools.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Report on recruitment progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and committed to providing exceptional candidate and stakeholder advice. You will also have:
* Experience in internal recruitment or agency environments.
* Confidence to use initiative to solve problems and develop sourcing strategies.
* A personable approach and strong communication skills.
* The ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
* Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office and HR/Recruitment platforms.
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
