About the role
Endeavour Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Practitioner to join our client's private practice in Brisbane, QLD. This is an amazing opportunity for a Vocationally Registered (VR) GP to provide comprehensive quality medicine to a mostly veteran demographic.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, consultations, and treatment planning for Veteran patients
* Provide a systematic approach to accurately diagnose, prescribe appropriate medications, and coordinate referrals to a team of healthcare providers
* Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards
* Actively participate in the continuous improvement of clinical processes and patient care
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care
* Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest medical advancements
Qualifications
* Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner with post-fellowship experience
* AHPRA Registration – General or Specialist
* Fellowship with relevant Colleges or Associations (RACGP)
* Subspecialties in Chronic Disease and Mental Health is highly regarded
* Demonstrated expertise in providing high-quality, comprehensive primary healthcare services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a patient-centric approach to care
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
* Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies
