**_The opportunities?_** 
As the result of a ramp up in current demands, **Silk Hospitality** has permanent part-time opportunities for **Housekeeping/Room Attendants** to join our growing team for one our property in Wollongong. 
**_Role responsibilities include:_** 
- _Continually achieve and exceed our clients, as well as the guest’s expectations of service and quality_ 
- _Present rooms impeccably, including thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom, the making of beds, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing of amenities in a professional and efficient manner_ 
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area, and clean and tidy public areas to a high-quality standard. 
- Sort, fold, count and stack linen and bedding 
- Ensure the security, confidentiality, and privacy of the hotel guests is maintained, by operating with integrity and diligence 
- Always work in adherence to Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures, and proactively report any hazards, faults, or damages to management 
- Be honest and transparent and work hard to build successful working relationships with the client and your colleagues 
- A willingness to be flexible and take on additional and varying tasks if required

**_About you?_** 
Professional in presentation and approach, you are well versed in providing quality customer service, and have some experience working in a fast-paced and high-energy role. 
Comfortable working on your own or as part of a team, you possess a proactive attitude, an excellent work ethic and a reliable, dependable nature.
