Providing exceptional support to executive teams requires a unique blend of skills and experience.


About the Role

This position involves providing high-level, confidential support to the executive management team, with a focus on driving good planning principles and continuous improvement of business processes.

* To provide comprehensive executive support, including scheduling meetings, prioritising tasks and managing administrative duties.
* Drive efficient operation of the executive management by implementing effective planning principles.
* Support the development of business processes and emerging technologies to enhance organisational efficiency.


Duties and Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Coordinating Board Sub-Committee and internal Committee meetings, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up.
* Scheduling and prioritising meetings to maximise Executive engagement and achieve organisational goals.
* Compiling and preparing documents, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
* Providing support to the Managing Director's office as required, undertaking additional duties as necessary.
* Managing financial and administrative functions, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
* Enhancing customer experience through proactive work and commitment to excellence.


You will be accountable for:

* Providing professional and positive first point of contact service to customers.
* Maintaining accurate and timely systems and databases, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
* Fostering a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company policies.


Judgement and Decision Making

You will need to:

* IDentify stakeholders' needs, assess options and respond appropriately.
* Support strong prioritisation using sound judgement of workload and business needs.
* Be self-directed in problem solving, adding value and maximising impact on business systems and processes.
* Disseminate key information, influence and embed consistency and change.


Specialist Knowledge and Skills

You will require:

* Very strong computer skills and capability with all Microsoft Office and specialist software.
* Able to undertake comprehensive research and report on projects for General Managers.
* Proficiency in desktop publishing, intranet publishing and MS Teams to improve efficiency is preferred.
* Accurate minute-taking and overseeing delivery of action items in a proactive and thorough manner.

Please note that we are seeking an individual who is highly organised, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision while being part of a supportive team environment.
