Duties and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Coordinating Board Sub-Committee and internal Committee meetings, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up.
* Scheduling and prioritising meetings to maximise Executive engagement and achieve organisational goals.
* Compiling and preparing documents, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
* Providing support to the Managing Director's office as required, undertaking additional duties as necessary.
* Managing financial and administrative functions, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
* Enhancing customer experience through proactive work and commitment to excellence.
