We're looking for a Graphic Designer to take the lead on packaging design and support the creation of product-related graphics for our range. You'll work closely with our Product Development and Marketing teams to bring new items to life and keep our packaging and visual styles sharp, consistent, and on brand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design work, has a strong eye for detail, and likes seeing their ideas turn into real products.
What You'll Do
* Design packaging from concept through to print-ready artwork
* Create product graphics, patterns, and visual finishes for new releases
* Develop artwork and visual assets that support product launches
* Work with dielines, print specs, and suppliers to ensure high-quality output
* Maintain consistent brand visuals across all packaging and product graphics
* Prepare mockups and prototypes for internal reviews
* Support updates to existing packaging and visual ranges
What You'll Bring
* Solid experience as a Graphic Designer, including packaging
* Strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills
* Understanding of print processes, colour, and artwork preparation
* Ability to design clean layouts and eye-catching packaging
* A creative approach to colour, pattern, and surface graphics
* Strong attention to detail and comfort working on multiple projects
Nice to Have
* Experience in a product-based or consumer goods company
* Interest in outdoor, hobby, or lifestyle products
* 3D mockup or rendering skills
