In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our Premium and National Key Account Customers, delivering exceptional service through both voice and written communications. This position offers the chance to work with high-value clients while utilising your waste collection industry expertise and customer service skills.What's on offerAttractive remuneration package | Annual performance bonusA close-knit team environment that prioritises inclusion and collaborationOpportunity to collaborate with and learn from a variety of departments across the businessMonthly culture daysFree on-site parkingWhat you'll be responsible forManaging incoming tier 1 customer enquiries from Premium Care and National Key AccountsDelivering a First Contact resolution experience for customer inquiriesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersManaging personal and team cases within specified SLAsContributing to process improvements and business enhancement initiativesWhat you'll need to be successfulMinimum 3-5 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environmentProven proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and SAPExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfactionVeolia’s AlwaysSafe culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites.
