Job Title: Youth Justice Caseworker
The role involves providing frontline services to young people in the community. This includes case management activities, case planning, organising and facilitating conferences, delivering intervention programs, and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Identify risks and needs of young people
* Determine level and types of interventions/programs required
* Monitor outcome plans and case plans for compliance and progress
Requirements:
* Diploma or higher tertiary qualifications in social work, welfare, psychology, criminology, education or related field
* Current NSW Working with Children Clearance
* Current NSW Driver's Licence
* Ability to travel across regional and rural areas
