We're looking for a Support Worker to join our Housing Support Programs in Darwin. This role supports women and gender diverse people, offering person‐centred support to help them feel safe, seen, and empowered.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will:
* Walk alongside women and gender diverse people, offering person‐centred support.
* Help create safe and inclusive spaces for those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
* Support safety, well‐being, and growing independence by building connection, strengthening resilience, and promoting housing stability.
* Work closely with residents, partners, and colleagues to use professional skills and compassion to support positive change.
