Ready to lead a national portfolio and a talented team with purpose at its core?At Diabetes Australia, we're seeking an Integrated Marketing Lead to drive the delivery of multi-channel marketing programs and activity.
This role is key to ensuring our campaign and non-campaign marketing efforts are audience-focused, insight-driven, and strategically aligned across programs such as NDSS, My Health for Life, KeepSight, and more.Key Responsibilities:Lead marketing strategy, planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies, including national campaigns, program communications, journey-based marketing, and segmentation-driven initiatives.Oversee the annual marketing and campaign calendar with Diabetes Australia's strategic priorities.Manage and develop a team of five Integrated Marketing professionals, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and insights-led culture.Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal programs, digital teams, and content teams to ensure seamless planning and rollout.Act as a senior liaison for key programs including NDSS, My Health for Life, KeepSight, Fundraising, and more — ensuring stakeholder alignment and campaign prioritisation.Lead performance monitoring, reporting, and campaign evaluation with a strong focus on continual improvement and data-led optimisation.Embed repeatable frameworks and marketing best practices across campaign delivery to scale capacity and reduce duplication.Who We're Looking For:A marketing leader with 7–10+ years' experience, including 3–5 years in campaign or program leadership roles.Proven expertise managing integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and shared media channels.Strong people leadership skills — you know how to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in complex environments.Excellent communication, briefing, prioritisation, and project management skills.Data-driven and outcome-focused — you use insights and reporting to continually refine and elevate campaign performance.Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.Bonus Points If You Also Have:Experience leading large-scale campaigns within health, NFP, education, or corporate sectors.Proficiency using analytics tools to track, report, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.You'll be part of a trusted, values-driven organisation that's committed to improving lives and reducing the impact of diabetes across Australia.
