We're looking for an experienced Buyers Agent who wants more than just transactions, someone who wants to help build and scale and lead the division.

The Role....
* Identify and research high-performing growth markets across Australia
* Build on your already strong relationships with selling agents
* Source quality on and off-market opportunities
* Assess properties using data and fundamentals
* Present structured opportunities to investor clients
* Negotiate and secure investment-grade assets
* Help design and refine acquisition systems and processes
* Initially, you'll be hands-on, but as we scale, you'll have the opportunity to help recruit and lead a team of Buyers Agents nationally.

* Strong negotiation track record
* Deep understanding of investment-grade property
* Confidence working with investor clients
* Ability to analyse data and long-term growth drivers

* This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone experienced who wants to step into something bigger.
