**Available Positions**:
**Practice Manager (Full-time)**
We are looking for a motivated, experienced **Practice Manager** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with solid medical leadership experience!
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and coach a high-performing team
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice
- Manage financial performance and budgeting
- Ensure infection control, stock management, and high-quality patient care
- Handle recruitment and staff management
- Market the practice to drive patient numbers
**Requirements**:
- Available full-time (38 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5:00pm.
- Medical Practice Manager experience required
- Experience with Best Practice Software is preferable
- Leadership experience required
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage difficult situations and solve problems promptly
- Excellent customer service and business acumen
**Receptionist (Full Time or Part Time)**
We also have multiple** Receptionist** positions available for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, schedule and manage appointments
- Support the practice manager and clinical team with day-to-day operations
- Process payments via EFTPOS, HICAPS, and Medicare
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure high-end care
**Requirements**:
- Available for either full time or part time work (at least 3 days per week)
- Previous health receptionist experience is required
- Experience with Best Practice Software is preferable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
