Job Description
-
End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
-
Daily bank reconciliations and monitoring incoming/outgoing payments

Handling invoice queries, supplier statements and following up on outstanding payments

Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with month-end reporting

Supporting the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed

Assisting with general ledger reconciliations and data entry
The Successful Applicant
-
Proven experience in a similar AP/AR or Finance Officer role

Solid attention to detail and solid reconciliation skills
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-
A proactive attitude and the ability to hit the ground running
-
Experience with MYOB, Xero, or similar systems is a bonus
