To meet the needs of our growing business, Jani-King's Perth Regional Office is looking for an Appointment Setter.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced, Enthusiastic, Motivated & Positive Telemarketer / Telesales / Appointment Setter to join our team. This role will entail Business to Business telephone lead generation, administration duties and scheduling appointments for the BDMs. Your duties will include:
* Outbound cold calls to pre-qualify and generate appointments
* Schedule appointments with clients
You will receive a full onsite induction to the role, plus ongoing training. However, the candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Outbound Appointment Setter call experience is essential, with proven capacity to deliver results.
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-starter with attention to detail and a positive can do attitude.
* Ability to quickly build rapport and negotiate with the decision makers.
* Perseverance, resilience and a desire to overcome objections.
* Strong team player.
* The ability to work autonomously with excellent time management.
