Position Description
This organisation is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves delivering evidence-based physiotherapy services to clients across all age groups, focusing on rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and injury prevention. You will work collaboratively with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Provide education and support for clients and families
- Collaborate with GPs, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals for integrated care
- Participate in outreach visits to remote communities
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.
Position Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic disease management
- Strong communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
