Qualifications & experience
* Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in working to safety, health and hygiene standards
* Experience in working as part of a team in high pressure environments

* A strong beverage knowledge in cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
* Experience in supervising a busy service

* Assist with training programs for staff to ensure we are exceeding our customer expectations.
* Support the restaurant manager in the operational requirements of the venue, including maintenance, cash management, venue appearance and marketing
* Honest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
* Innovation - proven experience of genuinely implementing new ideas
