 
        
        Key Role: Service Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to drive operational efficiency by coordinating technician schedules, managing customer communications, and supporting service operations.
 * Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance activities monthly, allocating work to resources and prioritising safety, compliance, and customer requests.
 * Communicate with customers and stakeholders by providing ETAs, attendance details, and managing rescheduling or absenteeism promptly.
 * Monitor technician progress, ensure accurate data in ServiceMax, manage revisits, and drive backlog reduction by scheduling recovery work.
 * Collaborate with Field and State Service Managers to review technician and subcontractor performance, identify training needs, and document non-standard events.
 * Support interdepartmental communication between Service, Sales, and Technical Support; handle related administrative duties and prepare maintenance reports as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Administration or scheduling experience of a field-based workforce.
 * Customer service or dispatch/scheduling experience.
 * Strong administrative and coordination skills.
 * Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software.
 * Excellent communication and customer etiquette.
 * Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
 * Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
