The role of Activities Coordinator at our Care Centre in Wimborne presents a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and delivering a varied programme of activities and events to enhance the health and wellbeing of residents, ensuring they make the most of every day. With your creativity and passion, you will create and implement a diverse range of activities that cater to the interests and needs of the residents.
* Develop and deliver activity programmes that promote physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
* Work closely with the care team to understand residents' preferences and abilities
* Manage volunteers and ensure all activities are well-planned and executed
About the Role
