Orthopaedic Robotics Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our joint replacement team as an Orthopaedic Robotics Specialist.

About the Role
You will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Mako-assisted procedures.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
* Serving as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
* Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
* Conducting pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
* Maintaining a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
* Providing ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
* Traveling across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role is ideal for someone with a strong clinical background and a passion for surgical innovation. You may come from fields such as:
* Orthopaedic clinical support.
* Biomedical science/engineering.
* Medical device experience.
* Operating theatre nursing/registered nursing experience.
* Physiotherapy or allied health with surgical exposure.
* Human movement or anatomy specialists with clinical experience.
