Your new role
As the Warranty Leading Hand, you will be responsible for performing allocated warranty work in accordance with budget, quality standards, and legislative requirements. Reporting to the Residential Customer Care Manager, you will ensure all tasks are completed professionally, safely, and efficiently. You'll also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and suppliers, while contributing to continuous improvement in home design and construction practices.
What you'll need to succeed
* A tertiary and/or trade qualification in a building or construction-related discipline
* Up-to-date knowledge of Work Health and Safety practices
* A solid understanding of QBCC standards and tolerances
* Intermediate or above computer literacy
* Current First Aid Certification
* A valid Driving Licence
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work
