The Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Karratha. Key responsibilities include providing hands-on user support, troubleshooting, and maintaining devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and IP phones. The role involves networking tasks within a Cisco environment, supporting both IT and OT environments, and assisting with technical issues across networking, storage, and hosting systems. You will support remote sites, ensure SLA compliance, and follow strict safety and cybersecurity protocols.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 5 years IT support experience
* Hands-on user support, troubleshooting devices in an Intune environment
* Strong networking skills in Cisco environment, CCNA certification required
* Experience supporting networking, storage, and hosting teams
* Ability to plan, execute, and report on maintenance campaigns
* Experience with Windows Servers, VMware, and Palo Alto firewalls
* Understanding of SLA requirements and focus on compliance
* High safety and cybersecurity awareness, adherence to protocols
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Independent and team-oriented work approach
* Valid driver’s license
