**The Role**:
In this integral role, you will collaborate closely with the project team to provide essential project coordination support to Contract Managers, HSEQ, finance, and delivery teams. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage administrative functions, ensuring that projects receive the necessary support for success. This will involve coordinating site documentation, managing office operations, and overseeing contracts until completion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of project coordinators, overseeing all aspects of the administrative function to ensure effective project servicing.
- Provide senior-level project coordination support to the Contract Manager, Finance Business Partner, and Project Team.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports to support decision making and maintain compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Coordinate procurement processes, including purchase orders, project management, and data review.
- Conduct timely month-end processes, accruals, and payments as required.
- Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure project databases are accurate and up to date.
- Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety by strictly adhering to safety processes and procedures at all times.
**The Individual**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess experience in a project coordination, contracts administration, or office management role within a project-focused environment. Previous exposure to the construction, civil, or utilities/renewables sectors would be highly advantageous. Strong financial acumen and administrative leadership skills are essential for effectively managing the responsibilities of this position. Additionally, there may be a requirement for occasional regional or interstate travel.
