About The Role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Integration Support Engineer – Beam, you'll play a key role in our B2B and software partner digital product suite. You'll support the product vision and objectives by helping software clients integrate with and use Beam. You'll be accountable for the client integration experience and work across teams to enhance experience, integration quality, documentation, processes, and knowledge.
You'll work closely with client software teams to understand their needs, offer guidance, and address technical challenges to speed up quality integrations. As the custodian for integration, you'll ensure solutions are easy to understand, maintain, and extend to achieve key metrics. You'll provide technical expertise, using your knowledge of APIs to resolve critical issues and maintain systems.
This role is a permanent opportunity based in Brisbane.
About You
* Great at communicating with clients and managing stakeholders, explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical folks.
* Experienced in a client‐facing technical role.
* Worked as an Integration Engineer or in a similar role.
* Proficient with API‐driven technologies like REST.
* Documented and diagrammed technical processes before.
* Know API security and development best practices.
* Comfortable using SQL to investigate and interpret data and logs.
* Skilled in technical environments and can diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
