**About You** 
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated ability to implement high quality innovative teaching and learning programs in a variety of learning modes, reflecting an understanding of successful approaches to Subject Area teaching 
- Demonstrated ability to foster and promote an inclusive, customised and safe learning environment and provide support and advice to a diverse range of students and clients 
- Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in continuous improvement, and develop high quality teaching and assessment materials 
- Builds constructive relationships with colleagues and generates ideas for improvements which includes demonstrating high level communication and interpersonal skills
**Qualifications** 
- Relevant qualifications in library and information services 
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or 
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
- TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and 
- TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B 
- **This position is open only to applicants who have work rights in Australia_
