About the role
As the Business Office Manager at BM Doors, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the smooth running of the business. This full-time position is based in Queanbeyan, NSW and plays a vital role in supporting the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing (Knowledge and understanding of Accounts and MYOB)

Assist with the annual financial audit as required

Analyze business performance and develop and implement business strategies

Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

Manage project documentation and security clearances

Support all administration staff – Administrative, Project, Sales, Finance, and Production

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, assign tasks, and monitor performance with the General Manager

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a similar office management or administrative role

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office management software

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
