About The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Civil Site / Project Engineer to join our team in our Malaga Office. You will have approximately 50/50 split of office and site time to support the project teams and develop your skills and expertise.
As the Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities focusing on piling, retaining, drilling and other geotechnical scopes.
* Manage the execution of projects on site and assist site personnel
* Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards
* Contribute to the profitability of the team, and consider the impact of costs, time & quality constraints in decision making
* Assist with procurement and the management of suppliers and subcontractors
* Investigate potential problems and their root causes, and contribute actively in identifying practical solutions
To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
* 3-5 years of relevant experience
* Strong interest in the practical side of civil engineering
* Be willing to get involved in site activities and decision making
* You will get hands dirty from time to time
