Head Office Compliance Officer - Launceston
NJL is seeking a friendly, organised and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Head Office Team, this position is full-time based in Launceston. You will be supported by a positive, diverse team with an amazing culture. Our Head Office team ensures you will always have the assistance you need.
Head Office Compliance Officer conducts audits, ensures timely and accurate processing of data, and develops an understanding of policies and procedures related to government funded programs. To develop reports for the management team and coordinator, to query and ask questions to ensure accuracy. To seek reimbursements using correct evidence. To support operational staff with the delivery of their roles. To support NJL's IT Team to meet ISO27001 requirements.
Duties will include:
* Daily maintenance of spreadsheets
* Review evidence and information for reimbursements
* Request, review and collate documentary evidence
* Use specific platforms to enter accurate information
* Provide operational staff with information relating to their role
* Provide Manager's and Coordinators with reports
* Review, action and monitor departmental requirements
* Maintain absolute confidentiality and security
* Participation in staff meetings
* Compliance with Legislation, Child safety, DEWR Deeds and NJL Policy & Procedures
