About Us

O’Neills Sportswear, with over 100 years of experience, is a market leader in teamwear apparel across a wide range of sports. O'Neills is rapidly expanding its operations within the Australian market, at both grassroots and Pro Team level and is currently partnered with the Adelaide Crows in AFL, Penrith Panthers, Melbourne Storm and Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs in the NRL, along with Brumbies in Super Rugby.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our australian team within a long established company in an exciting and innovative industry.

The Role

In this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Data entry, filing, archiving, reporting and document control

* Order Placement with production team accurately & in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with production parameters and delivery times

* Liaising with our design department to request CADs (Computer Aided Designs) and supply designs to customer

* Liaising with Accounts Receivable Officer on raising invoices

* Liaising with Sales Team providing back office support

* Monitor & expediting orders through the production system to ensure they are dispatched and received by customer on time

* Updating clients on delivery of orders

Your Experience

You will have had experience in a similar position or at least you will have skills and experience from previous roles that can be applied to this position. You will have a high level of attention to detail as well as being a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential together with demonstrating a high level of accuracy, self-motivation, initiative & flexibility. You will have a highly organised mindset, with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders. You will enjoy interacting with other people regularly and pride yourself on representing O'Neills.

* Have experience in full time administrative work

* Have strong data entry skills with focus on speed and accuracy

* Effective communication skills including an excellent telephone manner

* Excellent MS Office skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills to help form/maintain relationships with both internal and external stake holders

* Excellent communication and problem solving skills

* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to build and manage client relationships

* Show initiative, enthusiasm and a 'can do' positive attitude

* Extremely motivated

* Willingness to learn

* Ability to prioritise and multi-task

* Ability to work autonomously, yet be part of a broader team

* Respond positively to direction and guidance

* Maintain high level of professionalism – dress, work areas, office standards

The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of the role.

Located in Wayville, with flexible full time working hours and early finishes on Fridays.
