Due to this continued pipeline of work, they are excited to expand their team and are now seeking their next landscaping superstar ⭐ About the Company This well-established construction business specializes in the delivery of high-end children’s playgrounds and outdoor spaces across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland. Their projects are design-driven, safety-focused, and built to the highest standards, creating environments that are both functional and inspiring for children and communities. The Role This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, predominantly based on the Gold Coast, with projects throughout South East Queensland. There will be a small element of travel, including occasional 1–2 week intervals away, fully supported with generous allowances. You will play a key role in the construction, installation, and maintenance of premium landscape and playground environments, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance. Future training/development will also be offered to ensure suitable growth and opportunities are available within the business. Key Responsibilities Operating machinery including bobcats and excavators Constructing landscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and hardscape elements Installing and maintaining hard landscaping and playground components to enhance aesthetics and usability Managing and coordinating small construction projects on site Ensuring OH&S compliance, safety standards, and ongoing maintenance of play equipment suitable for children Identifying and rectifying any defects or maintenance issues Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
