Key responsibilities of this role will include though not be limited to:
- Utilising your analytical skills to review machine performance with the goal to increase reliability, availability and productivity
- Reviewing recurring issues and working in conjunction with regions and customers to support
- Support the development of analytics and reporting solutions to alleviate machinery issues
Roster: Monday - Friday
Role Located: Wacol, Mackay or Fairfield

**The knowledge, skills and abilities we’re looking for**:
- 5+ years technical/hands on and troubleshooting experience with Komatsu Dozers & Loaders.
- Critical thinking, data analysis and report writing skills.
- Willingness to learn higher level computer skills such as coding, accessing remote databases, use of Power BI, report development etc.
