Our business is growing and ARM IT Group is looking for a suitably qualified Lead full stack .net developer that wants to challenge themselves, leading a development team to build a suite of innovative cloud SaaS products. The role involves Dev Ops managing implementations as well as managing and scheduling our internal software development initiatives.

The opportunity is to join a fun, challenging and dynamic team managing the development team at ARM IT Group. The successful team member will lead software developments in projects across a broad customer base, implementing a portfolio of industry leading Finance Automation solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years working as a full stack developer with deep expertise in .net, MS SQL and Javascript technologies. Refer to technical skills for more details.
Previous software development experience in one of the following disciplines or products will be well regarded:
* Developing ERP or Finance solutions
* Digital Transformation Solutions Implementations
* Intelligent Imaging and OCR Capture
* Document Management / Records Management
* E-invoice or Purchase to Pay solutions

Responsibilities
* Front-End Development: Design and build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
* Back-End Development: Architect and implement server-side logic using C# and .NET Core/ASP.NET.
* API Integration: Develop and consume RESTful APIs to connect the front-end with back-end services.
* Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases with SQL Server and Entity Framework (EF).
* Cloud & DevOps: Deploy applications to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and manage CI/CD pipelines.
* Testing & Maintenance: Perform unit testing, debugging, and regular system upgrades to ensure performance and security.
Required Technical Skills
* Languages: C#, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, SQL, and occasionally VB.NET.
* Front-End Frameworks: Proficiency in at least one modern framework such as Angular, React, or
* Back-End Technologies: ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC.
* Database Tools: MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and ORMs like Entity Framework.
* Version Control: Expertise in Git and platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.
* Architecture: Knowledge of SOLID principles, Microservices, and Design Patterns.
