About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Tarragal House, a beautiful aged care home located on the Central Coast of NSW. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, leading and supervising a team of nursing staff, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality clinical care to residents with complex needs.
* Lead and supervise a team of nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
* Communicate effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and relatives.
Requirements:
* Current registration with APHRA (essential).
* Aged Care experience beneficial.
* Good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice, and leadership in a residential setting.
* Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate, and resolve conflict.
