Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Services Coordinator to support young people with medium to high needs in our Intensive Therapeutic Care settings.
About the Role
* Supervise and provide ongoing support to young people, promoting their safety, well-being, and development.
* Provide trauma-informed care and services to meet the individual needs of each young person.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and supervise young people in a community service setting.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and stakeholders.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
* Cert IV in Youth Work or successful completion of first-year degree studies in a relevant tertiary qualification.
* At least 3 years of practical experience working with children/young people in a community service setting.
* Strong teamwork, self-regulation in stressful situations, mentoring abilities, and excellent communication skills.
