The Role:
We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to join #TeamDecon at our Rydalmere facility in NSW.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory control and all warehouse operations to ensure materials, tools and equipment are accurately managed and readily available to support field operations and project delivery.
This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a warehouse-based environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and strong operational processes.
What You'll Do:
* Manage procurement and inventory to support project and operational requirements
* Oversee all inbound and outbound stock movements
* Receive, inspect and record goods, ensuring quality and accuracy
* Coordinate stock picking, packing and dispatch for projects
* Maintain accurate inventory records and complete regular stock takes
* Ensure all documentation is correctly job coded and submitted on time
* Manage supplier claims, pricing checks and stock replenishment
* Coordinate logistics and freight services as required
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
* Identify and act on safety risks, hazards and non-conformances
* Work closely with internal teams and other Decon locations
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in procurement, warehousing or inventory management
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Good organisational and time management capability
* A strong commitment to workplace safety
* Clear communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
* Physical capability to perform warehouse-based tasks
* Confidence using inventory systems and Microsoft Office
Essential / Preferred Qualifications:
* Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence (essential).
* Forklift licence (essential).
* Heavy vehicle licence (preferred).
