Trade Marketing Manager - Driving Category Growth
We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in driving category growth through effective trade marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in trade marketing and category management. They will be responsible for launching new products, managing trade spend, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with NAMs and brand managers to align NPD strategies and ensure timely launches
* Analyze scan data and category performance reports to inform promotional strategies and competitive positioning
* Manage trade spend and collaborate with finance and Wipro to resolve P&L reporting issues
* Maintain smooth communication across teams and ensure timely Promax exports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Proven experience in the FMCG space (at least 5 years)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Sharp analytical skills and ability to dive into data to uncover insights
* Proficiency with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium
