We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts, including overseeing a team of Contract Administrators. They will also manage the financial administration and site administration for the project, assist the Project Manager in preparing and reviewing the project monthly report, and supervise the preparation of variations, claims, and extensions of time as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary education in Engineering, Commerce/Business, Law, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
* 7-10 years of relevant experience in contract administration, project management, and construction management.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret and apply contracts.
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships, work in a high-performing team, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload.
