* Salary: $121,107 to $125,679 – ASO8 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 18 Months
Overview:
The Manager, Organisational Development is accountable to the Director, Corporate Services and is responsible for leading Preventive Health SA -wide learning frameworks, programs and initiatives that support Preventive Health SA in developing the skills, knowledge and capabilities to fulfil its vision and strategic priorities. The role is also responsible for the development systems, programs and development of workforce capability including but not limited to:
* Leadership of Graduate/Traineeship Programs or initiatives
* Consultancy services promoting workplace culture reform and employee engagement
* People development initiatives
* Embedding OD&L improvements to the newly released Joint Learning Management System
* Revision and improvement of Performance Development Programs and support for managers in undertaking performance management
The role is responsible for providing high-level advice for the delivery of best practice and contemporary learning and development services across the agency and designing and delivering organisational development initiatives and projects. The incumbent will support building positive workplace culture, leadership capability and capacity for organisational change.
