Guest Service Officer Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our Front Office team at Park Hyatt.
Main Responsibilities:
* We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Guest Service Officer to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless arrival and departure processes.
* You will be responsible for verifying guest information, arranging luggage handling and transportation as needed, processing room reservations accurately and efficiently, and handling cashiering functions.
* Maintaining a thorough knowledge of local attractions and services is crucial in this role.
Requirements:
* Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office, are essential for success in this position.
* You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
* A Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management would be advantageous, but not necessary.
* Familiarity with Opera and the Travel/Hotel industry would be beneficial.
