About the Role
Provide high level administrative support to facilitate the work commitments of the Library Services Manager and the Library team emphasising excellent customer service/relations skills; and the efficient operation of the Library Section. This includes:
* Provide high level administrative assistance to the Library Services Manager and the Library Team to assist in the efficient day to day running of the Library Section.
* Research information as requested by the Manager to assist with the provision of accurate and timely information for decision making and responding to specific enquiries.
* Arrange meetings, agendas and catering for the Library & Community Services Section using Microsoft Outlook and Daily Diary.

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
* TAFE Certificate in Secretarial Studies / Office Administration or extensive experience in a similar role
* Class C Driver's Licence
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
