Join the dynamic team at SIERA Logistics as a Commercial Driver. In this casual role, you will be responsible for the safe and reliable transportation of people, goods and materials throughout the Broome and Kimberley region. This is an essential position that plays a key part in supporting operations remotely and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
* Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport people, goods and materials to various locations.
* Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicles are well‑maintained and roadworthy.
* Plan efficient delivery routes and schedules to meet customer requirements.
* Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively.
* Comply with all relevant road transport regulations and company policies.
* Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles as needed.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries.
Requirements
* Be at least 18 years and 6 months old and have held a license for at least 12 months in the last 3 years.
* Valid WA LR‑Class driver's license.
* Available to start from the 15th of January 2026 .
* Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
* Familiarity with WA transportation regulations and safety procedures.
* Excellent time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to pass a commercial driver medical annually.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a police clearance annually.
* Ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) .
* Demonstrated experience as a commercial driver, preferably in the road transport industry.
