As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations within the warehouse
* Participate in regular safety meetings and adhere to all safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
* Communicate effectively with supervisors to report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
* Utilize enterprise resource planning systems to manage transactions, inventory movements, and system flows accurately
* Ensure materials are stored and processed efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures
* Conduct daily cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records according to established guidelines
* Identify and address operational anomalies, escalating unresolved issues to management as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
* Valid forklift operator certification
* Familiarity with ERP SAP systems
* Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 5S practices (desirable)
