We're currently recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for Correctional Services roles based at Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
These are 6-week contract opportunities with multiple upcoming start dates and the chance to work in a structured, well-supported correctional health environment.

* 23rd February
* 2nd March
* 23rd March
* 7th April
Preferred commitment: 6 weeks
Pay & Benefits
* $85.00 per hour base rate
* $90.00 per hour for nurses with 5+ years' experience in a similar setting
* N3 level role
* Penalties applied in line with rostered hours plus overtime and on-call
* Weekly pay

About the Role
As a Correctional Services Nurse, you'll deliver primary health care within a custodial environment, working as part of a multidisciplinary health team.
Duties may include:
* Primary health assessments and treatment
* Chronic disease management
* Medication administration
* Emergency response within the facility
* Working within established clinical and security frameworks
This is a clinical role within a highly structured environment — ideal for nurses who value clear processes, strong governance, and team-based care.
About You
To be considered, you will need:
* Full AHPRA registration (no conditions)
* Full working rights in Australia
* Experience in primary health nursing
* Previous forensic and/or correctional services experience (highly regarded)
* Strong clinical judgement and professionalism
* Confidence working within secure environments
* Ability to commit to a 6-week contract
Onboarding & Support
Onboarding is efficient and well-supported, typically taking 24–48 hours once compliance is complete, you will then receive your written contract.
You'll have one dedicated consultant throughout your contract, with direct access whenever you need support.
