Job Description
* Full financial management of two residential assets
* Preparation of monthly reporting, P&L statements, and variance analysis
* Budget preparation and ongoing budget management
* Oversight of capex tracking and reporting
* Tenant and rental collections, including liaison with the operations team
* Support process improvement initiatives and ad hoc financial tasks
* Regular reporting to the Group Financial Controller and collaboration with operational stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, be confident working autonomously and be able to demonstrate a passion and commitment to support the wider team.
* CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion
* Strong experience in property accounting or a related commercial finance role
* Confident managing end-to-end reporting and stakeholder communication
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a collaborative team
